(1) PLANNING AND DETAILING OF THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Layout and style options are discussed, and mood boards are created. A final design is selected, and the technical specifications are finalized.
(2) SELECTION OF FURNITURE, LIGHTING, AND MATERIALS
Collages are created featuring furniture and lighting from various stores, along with layout plans for flooring and wall finishes; cabinet fronts and hardware are selected. Specifications and technical requirements are prepared for custom-made furniture.
(3) VISUALIZATION
Three to four views are provided for each room (one view for walk-in closets).
(4) CONSTRUCTION, PLUMBING, AND ELECTRICAL PLANS
Plans are being developed for demolition, the erection of partitions, plumbing fixtures, and electrical work. Layout drawings for the kitchen and built-in furniture are being prepared, outlet and light fixture models are being selected, and lists of finishing materials are being compiled.
(5) DECOR AND CURTAINS
We prepare decor specifications and technical specifications for curtains, including fabric samples. We can visit the site to arrange the decor.
(6) PROJECT SUPERVISION AND MATERIAL COORDINATION
Weekly on-site visits of up to 3 hours, online chat with the site manager. Assistance with procurement, communication with contractors, and maintenance of cost estimates and purchase logs.
