1.3. This Policy has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.

Upon receipt of such notice, the Operator ceases processing the data and destroys it, except in cases where processing may continue due to legal requirements.

7.1. The Operator does not engage in cross-border transfer of personal data, except in cases provided for by law or when necessary to fulfill obligations to the User (e.g., the use of foreign analytics services that ensure an adequate level of protection).
