Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General Provisions
This Personal Data Processing Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Law”) and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken by Individual Entrepreneur Anastasia Dmitrievna Panova (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”) to ensure the security of personal data.
1.1. The Operator considers respect for human and civil rights and freedoms—including the right to privacy and the right to the confidentiality of personal and family matters—to be its primary objective and a prerequisite for conducting its business when processing personal data.
1.2. This Operator’s policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://www.aside.space/.

5. Types of personal data processing:
5.1. Notifying the User via a one-time email, as well as the collection, storage, correction (updating, modification), deletion, and destruction of personal data.

6. Legal grounds for the processing of personal data:
6.1. The Operator processes the User’s Personal Data when it is entered and/or submitted via the forms provided on the website https://www.aside.space/. By filling out the relevant forms and/or submitting their personal data to the Operator, the User consents to this Policy.

7. Terms and Conditions for the Processing of Personal Data
7.1. Personal data is processed with the consent of the data subject to the processing of their personal data.
7.2. The processing of personal data is necessary for the exercise of the Operator’s rights and legitimate interests.

9. Cross-border transfer of personal data
9.1. Prior to commencing activities involving the cross-border transfer of personal data, the controller is required to notify the competent authority for the protection of the rights of data subjects of its intention to carry out the cross-border transfer of personal data (such notification shall be submitted separately from the notification of the intention to process personal data).
9.2. Prior to submitting the aforementioned notification, the Operator is required to obtain the relevant information from the authorities of the foreign state, as well as from the foreign individuals and legal entities to whom the cross-border transfer of personal data is intended.

10.2. Any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. The policy remains in effect indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
